About the Role:
The Director of Web Experience will be responsible for shaping the long-term direction and digital presence of Brandt, leading a team of web specialists focused on building and operating a complex public web experience, and developing, owning, and promoting Brandt's public web strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead a team of web specialists focused on building and operating a complex public web experience.Develop, own, and promote Brandt's public web strategy, in consultation with key stakeholders across the company, and aligned with the company's strategic priorities.Own the company's public web systems' design, implementation, and maintenance.Design a scalable content integration process to support the growing needs of the business and the growing web team.Act as the primary point of contact, head administrator, and internal expert on our web strategy and systems.Work with stakeholders from executive, sales, sales support, information technology, customer support, and marketing departments to align company goals with web priorities.Build and manage the day-to-day operations of the web team, including coaching, performance management, and mentorship.Provide leadership and oversight of cost and resource scoping for large web projects and during normal business operations.Integrate and reinforce data-driven decision-making and increase tracking of web analytics.This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on Brandt's digital customer experience and contribute to the company's continued success.
