Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Kentucky Fried Chicken. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
