Job Title: Food Service Counter Attendant

Bamboo Rose Foods Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, taking orders and handling payments with a smile.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a fast-paced and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
