Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing personalized service and ensuring their insurance needs are met.
  • Process policies, endorsements, and claims, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers, driving client retention and growth.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products, increasing revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, legislation, and new product developments, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to drive business growth and improve client engagement.
  • Adhere to agency guidelines, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in insurance, with a focus on high-net-worth clients and personal lines.
  • Strong knowledge of carriers and their offerings, including umbrella, excess coverage, and valuable articles.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with TAM and/or EPIC systems.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
