About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Back End Developer to join our team at tbk Creative. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining innovative software solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex software systems using PHP and WordPress.
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code that meets our high standards for quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with our UX specialists, designers, and product owners to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our software solutions.
  • Work closely with our QA team to ensure that our software solutions meet our high standards for quality and reliability.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience designing and implementing websites in PHP.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience designing and implementing WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience writing, analyzing, and optimizing MySQL queries.
  • University degree or college diploma in engineering, programming, software development, software design, or web design.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns, general web functions, and industry standards.
  • Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to e-commerce applications and the protection of sensitive information.
  • Prior experience with Git source control management process within an agile structure.
