About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at JET CLEAN SERVICES. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our cleaning standards are met.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to improve our facilities and recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support to our cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and guidance required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our cleaning operations are aligned with the needs of the business.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules that ensure our cleaning staff are able to complete their tasks efficiently and effectively.
Supervision and Support
  • Team Size: 3-4 people
