**Job Summary**

Sun Life is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Consultant - Insurance Rollover Specialist to join our Client Services team. As a licensed professional, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve lifetime financial security and live healthier lives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide consultation to clients by reviewing their options and recommending solutions that meet their needs and help them through a period of transition.
  • Contribute to sales targets by meeting or exceeding objectives.
  • Build rapport and relationships with clients over the phone and video conferencing.
  • Effective listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions to understand client needs.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of related sales experience in the financial services industry.
  • Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required to answer calls from English and French speaking clients across Canada and worldwide.
  • Experience selling insurance products over the phone is an asset.
  • Completion of a college or university degree or equivalent related experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

**Mandatory Requirement:**

  • Valid and active Life Insurance License (LLQP) or Insurance of person license in Quebec (1a).
