As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a welcoming work environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
* Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities
* Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information and privacy legislation
* Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services
* Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
* Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence

Requirements:

* 2 years of experience in an administrative role
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
* Strong organizational and time management skills
