Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Simply Biscotti. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including bread, rolls, and sweet treats
  • Bake and decorate cakes and pastries to a high standard
  • Train and supervise bakery staff to ensure high-quality products and efficient production
  • Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients and supplies
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a bakery or related environment
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
