Job Title: Project Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Leader to join our team at Rodan Energy Solutions.

Job Summary

The Project Leader will be responsible for leading project teams and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from initiation to closeout. This will involve developing project requirements and plans, preparing cost estimates, participating in contract bidding and award processes, managing projects in the execution phase, and managing project closeout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Lead project teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ensure project deliverables are met, including quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or project management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and manage project budgets and forecasts.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
