Our Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) practice is seeking a skilled AP Analyst / Staff Accountant to join our team in Colorado. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients transform their business with a collaborative approach that mitigates risk, overcomes challenges, meets deadlines, and identifies personnel to support their workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service: Handle multiple clients, software, and chart of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Day-to-Day Transactions: Process Accounts Payable, Cash Disbursements, and Cash Receipts.
  • Month End Processing: Complete non-complex account reconciliations (bank & credit card reconciliations).
  • Other Quarterly or Annual Processing: Complete Form 1099s.

Requirements:

  • Three or more years of accounts payable experience.
  • Technical knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Intacct, Xero, Expensify) and other applicable software (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Associates degree required. Equivalent work experience may be considered as a degree equivalent.
  • Ability to travel to local client sites as needed.

Compensation Strategy Statement:

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. These same factors may cause starting pay to be below or above the posted range. For Colorado, the posted range for this role is $46,000 - $67,000
