As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of day-to-day store operations including achieving sales goals, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and overall team leadership. You will oversee business operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Drive business results through coaching and encouraging customer-focused sales associates and leaders
  • Promote the brand through knowledge and understanding of our product, business, and values
  • Oversee store operations, including shift task organization and store opening and closing duties
  • Execute all merchandising, marketing, and visual presentation aspects of the store according to our standards and directives
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers
  • Secure company assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness
  • Provide leadership to the store team; providing guidance, coaching, and training to your team so they can achieve great results
  • Creating a positive work environment that embodies our values

We are seeking an experienced retail supervisor who is able to motivate, train, and coach others to success. You should have strong retail and business acumen, excellent sales skills, and a commitment to ensuring amazing customer experiences. You must be able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store. You should also have flexible availability, as Assistant Managers work a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefit plan, including dental care, disability insurance, employee assistance program, extended health care, flexible schedule, life insurance, on-site parking, paid time off, store discount, and vision care. The language requirement is English, but French is not required.
