Grounds Superintendent

Oakridge Landscape Contractors is seeking a highly skilled Grounds Superintendent to oversee the maintenance of our commercial properties in the Toronto and GTA area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our exterior spaces, including landscaping, snow removal, and property maintenance.
Job Responsibilities- Manage multiple commercial sites throughout the Niagara area, ensuring timely and efficient maintenance.
- Supervise grounds-keeping crews, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules, taking into account seasonal changes and weather conditions.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and address any maintenance issues, ensuring our properties remain in excellent condition.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, ensuring our maintenance operations are efficient and effective.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in landscaping and property maintenance.
- Valid Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
