Job Summary

As a Staffing Clerk V, you will work closely with unit managers to provide high-level staffing services to meet short and long-term staff scheduling needs. Using a computerized scheduling system, you will perform related staffing functions following standard staffing guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate staffing services to meet unit needs
Utilize computerized scheduling system to manage staff schedules
Collaborate with unit managers to ensure adequate staffing levels
Perform related staffing functions following standard guidelines

Qualifications

Grade 12
Three years recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Ability to deal with others effectively
Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
Ability to organize work
Ability to operate related equipment
Ability to type at 40 wpm
