Job Summary

Northern Health is seeking a highly skilled and efficient temporary part-time Clerk to support the Staffing Services department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level staffing services to meet short and long-term staff scheduling needs
  • Use a computerized scheduling system to perform related staffing functions
  • Work closely with unit managers to ensure effective staffing operations
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals

Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • Three years recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to deal with others effectively
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
  • Ability to organize work
  • Ability to operate related equipment
  • Ability to type at 40 wpm
