About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Care Specialist to join our team at The Bagga Team with Royal LePage Magna. As a Client Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, preferences, and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, sharing updates on property listings and transactions, and addressing any questions or issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on local real estate market trends, property values, and recent sales to provide clients with informed decisions.
  • Organize and manage accurate client databases, files, and records, including contact information, property details, transaction history, and essential documents.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations within a fast-paced real estate environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in real estate or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals involved in the closing process.
  • Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and processes related to closing transactions.
  • Proficiency in using real estate software, document management systems, and communication tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced real estate environment.
