Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Liberty Accounting & Tax Solutions. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Transaction Processing: Process and reconcile transactions, including invoices, payments, and bank statements.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
