**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Furniture Solutions (FS) Division. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in promoting and managing relationships with current and new customers throughout the sales territory.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Process and review incoming customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
  • Act as a liaison between customers and outside sales representatives to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Participate in customer prospecting and initial contact activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage customer claims and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform administrative duties such as maintaining and shipping product samples and literature, invoicing, and organizing events

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent level of work experience
  • Fluent French language skills required
  • 2 or more years of relevant inside sales and customer service experience preferred
  • Experience using SAP a plus, but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and interested in working for an international company within the Canadian market
  • Team player who works well individually, as well as part of a dynamic team
