**Job Summary**

As a Restaurant Supervisor at 3 Brasseurs, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our restaurant operations. You will be responsible for supporting the management team in supervising staff, maintaining high standards of service quality, and driving business results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
