**About the Role**
Fed IT is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure and Security Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and security systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage and direct a team of IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure
* Develop and implement IT security strategies to protect our systems, networks, and data from potential threats
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure that infrastructure and security needs are aligned with corporate objectives
* Oversee the management of security incidents and vulnerabilities, leading the response and ensuring that corrective measures are put in place
* Participate in the development and updating of security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with current standards and regulations
**Requirements**
* Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
* Significant experience in IT infrastructure management, with strong expertise in IT security
* Experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and lead a small group of technicians
* In-depth knowledge of network technologies, server management systems, storage, and security systems
* Demonstrated competence in IT project management, with the ability to meet deadlines and budgets
* Solid understanding of IT security principles, best practices, and current regulations
