Infrastructure Security Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Security Manager to join our team at Intact Financial Corporation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing security best practices and workload prioritization to secure our infrastructure and systems.
This is a key role in our organization, and we are looking for someone with a strong background in information security and cyber security.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coach a team of security specialists who support various projects and operations delivered by our IT teams.
- Contribute to the improvement of our cybersecurity posture.
- Lead the hybrid cloud infrastructure security transformation and support our various infrastructure teams.
- Foster secure-by-design and secure-by-construction practices.
- Identify and assist our infrastructure teams in implementing innovative and effective security controls.
- Measure the effectiveness of our implemented security controls and identify all impacts.
- Support our various security technical testing initiatives and facilitate the prioritization of required remediations.
- Prepare insightful reports and present to our required stakeholder groups: senior management, infrastructure teams, etc.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with our stakeholders supporting our various security programs (Managers, Directors, VPs, CISO, CIO).
- Partner with our Corporate Security team and ensure that our IT Security policies and standards are successfully implemented.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in information security and cyber security.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Security, a related field, or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
- Recognized certification in information security (CISSP, CISM, OSCP, CEH, or other).
- Advanced knowledge of security capabilities, controls, and standards: MFA, DAST, SAST, DLP, WAF, Bot Manager, NIST, CIS, PCI DSS, etc.
- Experience with cloud technologies, hybrid cloud environments, and cloud security.
- Experience with budget and business operations management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
