Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Carlyle Family Foods.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare high-quality dough and batters for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
  • Requisition and order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient production.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection, adhering to established recipes and customer orders.
  • Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Ensure that all products meet established quality standards and are presented in an appealing manner.
  • Operate and maintain bakery equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
