Bakery Manager

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Carlyle Family Foods. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

• Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
• Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Bake mixed dough and batters to meet quality and quantity standards.
• Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality products.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand.
• Ensure that all products meet established quality and safety standards.

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a baking or food production environment.
