About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wealth Associate to join our team at National Bank Financial - Wealth Management. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with investment advisors to provide exceptional client service and support the smooth operation of our branches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client accounts to identify business opportunities and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Ensure administrative tasks related to account management are completed efficiently and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Develop marketing materials to promote our service offerings to investment advisors.
  • Coordinate seminars for clients and plan engaging content.
  • Participate in financial planning meetings, prepare files, and ensure follow-up and subsequent steps.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and coaching for new team members.
  • Supervise the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Collaborate with investment advisors to develop innovative portfolio management and marketing strategies.
  • Assist investment advisors in preparing annual business plans and monitor progress.
