Senior Wealth Associate

As a Senior Wealth Associate at National Bank, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth. Your expertise in portfolio management, financial planning, and marketing will enable you to analyze clients' accounts, recommend tailored business opportunities, and develop innovative strategies to maximize results.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze clients' accounts to identify business opportunities and provide personalized recommendations.
- Ensure seamless account management and provide outstanding customer service.
- Develop marketing materials to promote investment services and products.
- Coordinate seminars and events for clients, planning engaging content and logistics.
- Participate in financial planning meetings, prepare files, and ensure follow-up and subsequent steps.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and coaching for new team members.
- Supervise the onboarding process for new clients.
- Collaborate with investment advisors to develop and implement innovative portfolio management and marketing strategies.

You will join a dynamic team supporting a Wealth Advisor and a Senior Wealth Associate in Oakville, Ontario. National Bank Financial - Wealth Management is a leading investment dealer in Canada, with a strong presence in over 100 branches.

Requirements:
- Completed college and/or university diploma in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in portfolio management, financial planning, marketing, and social media or taxation.
- Completed Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook Course.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with technology.
- Knowledge of current market trends and activity.
- Ability to offer exceptional customer service.
