Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst Assistant to join our team at Dwell Property Management.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial analysis, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare cheques for payroll and maintain accurate financial records using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Post journal entries and prepare statistical, financial and accounting reports.
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare trial balance of books.
  • Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to manage financial data.
Requirements:Education and Experience:
  • Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis and accounting.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits including bonus, group insurance benefits, free parking available, learning/training paid by employer, on-site recreation and activities, team building opportunities, parking available, wellness program, and a 37.5 hour work week.
