Health Market Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health Market Assistant to join our team at Sprout Health Market. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, evaluating performance, and planning for future growth.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure optimal performance
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
- Provide staff training to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Proficiency in point of sale system, word processing software, and inventory control software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
