Job Description: As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional candidate experiences and driving successful recruitment outcomes for IFG International Financial Group Ltd.

This role involves coordinating all aspects of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and timeliness.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage all stages of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer extension
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create customized job postings and ensure timely posting on relevant job boards
• Utilize video screening platforms to streamline the recruitment process and improve candidate engagement
• Support campus recruitment initiatives by participating in interviews and extending offers

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in using HR software, including Workday, is highly valued
• Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is highly regarded
