Job Title: Long Haul Driver

Vinnang Freight Carriers LTD is seeking a reliable and skilled Long Haul Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Operate a semi-truck to transport goods and materials across the country, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Route Planning: Plan and adjust routes to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions, using computer equipment and GPS devices.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition and adhering to safety standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: Possess a valid AZ class license, Air Brakes Endorsement, and Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi-trailer trucks).
  • Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience in long-haul trucking, with a proven track record of safe driving and excellent customer service.
  • Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
