Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Client Services Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and improving core business processes, ensuring the delivery of quality care to clients, and overseeing staffing operations.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and train a team of Client Service Coordinators to ensure high-quality client care
  • Collaborate with regional directors/managers to resolve complex customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to staff members
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to improve results
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, staff, and management


Qualifications



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home care
  • Registered health care professional or equivalent work experience
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and continuous improvement
  • Ability to manage and improve core business processes and analyze KPIs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
