Logistics Coordinator Role at Rolls-Right Industries Ltd.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Rolls-Right Industries Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of supplies and materials between departments, planning and organizing operational logistics, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile orders and instructions received from customers and coordinate with warehouse and production units to ensure timely delivery.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including monitoring the movement of supplies and materials, and requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
  • Communicate with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Keep track of shipments and ensure compliance with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations.
