Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Product Development Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the product management team in the development of a wide variety of products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Ideation: Contribute to the product ideation process, turning creative concepts into tangible products.
  2. Market Research: Conduct research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive products.
  3. Data Analysis: Analyze data to support product decisions and identify opportunities for product improvement or new product development.
  4. Product Requirements: Assist in defining product requirements and features based on market research, customer feedback, and company goals.

  13. Industry Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in product management.
Requirements
  1. 1-3 years of prior experience in a product or project development role, preferably in the beauty, bath, health or retail industry.
  2. Post secondary diploma or certificate in product or project management, sales, or marketing is preferred.
  3. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  4. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  5. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  6. Quick to learn and adapt. Able to pivot work priorities to meet the dynamic demands of the business.

  9. Passionate about beauty – prior experience or a genuine interest in the beauty industry is a plus.
