- 1-3 years of prior experience in a product or project development role, preferably in the beauty, bath, health or retail industry.
- Post secondary diploma or certificate in product or project management, sales, or marketing is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Quick to learn and adapt. Able to pivot work priorities to meet the dynamic demands of the business.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. As well as listening skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Great interpersonal skills. Able to professionally interact with people and work on group projects.
- Enjoys taking on exciting challenges and seeking new opportunities.
- Prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity.
- Ability to work independently with little direction, as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and excellent work ethic.
- Passionate about beauty – prior experience or a genuine interest in the beauty industry is a plus.
High degree of computer focus for long durations.
