About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at RAI STAR CONSTRUCTION LTD. as a key member of our maintenance and repair team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure and lay out reference points for installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Assemble and install refrigeration or air conditioning components, ensuring proper functioning and safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Start up systems and test for leaks using specialized testing devices, guaranteeing optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as recharging systems with refrigerant, checking and testing regulators, and calibrating systems to ensure peak efficiency.
  • Repair and replace parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, or heat pump systems, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
  • Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 32 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English is required.
