We are seeking an experienced Operational Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Woodstock Grocers.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on operational planning and coordination.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize logistics operations
  • Coordinating activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution
  • Preparing and submitting reports to stakeholders on logistics performance and progress
  • Ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, including dispatch management service software, inventory control software, and purchasing software
  • Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing staff to achieve logistics goals
  • Conducting performance reviews and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality

In this role, you will work closely with the management team to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction through effective logistics operations.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Woodstock Grocers offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as health benefits and a pension plan.
