Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Development Project Manager to join our team at Reliance Impact. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the land development process for low-rise projects, from planning through to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the land development process for low-rise projects, from planning through to execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones and objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the development process.
Requirements
  • Development Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing land development projects, particularly in low-rise developments.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead project teams and coordinate with various stakeholders effectively.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a project management role within land development or a related field.
  • Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction management, urban planning, engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Low-Rise Development, Project Management, Site Planning, Budget Management, Stakeholder Coordination.
