Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Software Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Global Professional Services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our SaaS products, working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. You will have the opportunity to influence the software roadmap based on client feedback and observations of opportunities to fill gaps.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee implementation of SaaS products, following industry project management best practices and internal methodologies.
- Manage communication with clients and stakeholders, building meaningful relationships to ensure project business and technical objectives are met.
- Establish yourself as a trusted technical advisor with customers to drive the continued value of our products and services.
- Support sales and post-implementation activities as needed, providing product demos, training, and software adoptions.
- Work closely with Account Management and Professional Services to identify opportunities for developing and delivering new services, products, and modules.
- Familiarity with the inner workings, processes, and workflow of a manufacturing plant.
- Experience in the automotive, food & beverage, and packaging industries is advantageous.
- Solutions or systems engineering background, or experience in SaaS sales and implementation.
- Technical knowledge of industrial machinery, PLC's, and Kepware OPC software.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering technical projects.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and meet deliverables for multiple concurrent projects.
- Valid passport and ability to travel throughout North America up to 35% of the time.
