About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Implementation Consultant to join our team at Shoplogix. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for implementing and custom configuring our SaaS products for manufacturing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation of SaaS products, following industry project management best practices and internal methodologies.
  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Development, to resolve client issues and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Build meaningful relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring project business and technical objectives are met.
  • Elevate quality by contributing to the development of internal processes and documentation, and supporting the identification of opportunities for new services and products.
Requirements
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of industrial machinery, PLC's, and Kepware OPC software.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering technical projects, with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet deliverables for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships and work efficiently across in-person and remote teams.
  • Flexibility to work outside of business hours and travel throughout North America up to 35% of the time.
