About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team at Swatch Group. As a Sales Lead, you will play a key role in driving sales initiatives and coaching sales associates to achieve their performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service & Sales Generation: Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service, coaching the team to meet and exceed sales targets. Ensure comprehensive product knowledge across the team to enhance customer experience and decision-making.
  • Operations: Support store management in daily operational tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. Maintain adherence to inventory control processes, minimizing loss and ensuring accuracy in stock handling and reporting.
  • Visual Merchandising: Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with company directives. Ensure the store presentation is consistently maintained to a high standard, reflecting the brands image.
  • Compliance: Uphold workplace safety standards and act as a model for company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all operational guidelines and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.
  • Intermediate computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience working with POS systems.
