Job Title: Site Supervisor - Construction Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Supervisor to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of workers to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Cost Control: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation to minimize costs.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
  • Work Setting: Construction sites, various locations.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
