Job Title: Residential Construction Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team at SANDHU HOMES. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring the successful completion of residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Estimate costs and materials to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure the success of the project.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure projects have the necessary resources.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Client focus and dependability.
  • Flexibility and reliability.

Work Environment: The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment with a focus on residential building projects. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
