Job Title: Integrations Team Lead

At VidCruiter, we're seeking a highly skilled Integrations Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Reports and Integration Team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our sales team with technical demonstrations, assisting implementation teams, and explaining platform integrations to our clients.

About the Role:
  • Act as a bridge between technical expertise and sales ability.
  • Support the sales team on demos, explaining platform integrations and how they function given a prospective client's needs.
  • Work with implementation teams to understand client requirements and how information will flow.
  • Support clients through the process of configuring integrations where client-side work is required.
  • Conduct integration demos with clients.
  • Work with integration partners to establish new integrations/support resources.
  • Understand integration partner systems and define requirements for integration development.
  • Contribute to RFPs when needed.
  • Cross-functional team collaboration between sales, leadership, implementation, and integration development.
  • Maintain an understanding of existing clients' integrations.
  • Lead the build-out of requirements and client-facing documentation.
  • Train, mentor, and manage integrations and reporting team members.
  • Work with the CIO/CTO/CISO to continuously improve the system and processes.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years working in Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Integration Middleware.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday, SAP, Oracle, Ceridian, or ADP is a huge plus.
  • Experience working in HR/ERP.
  • Strong understanding or deep level of what REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API all mean.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts without getting bogged down in technical details, unless essential to the explanation.
  • Excellent overall communication skills with a personable demeanor.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to see the bigger picture and read between the lines.
