Senior Manager, Operations

Bombardier Transportation GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of salaried employees in the Methods group.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, motivate, and supervise the activities of a team of employees to achieve operational excellence.
- Exercise leadership and management responsibilities in accordance with the vision and values of Bombardier Transportation GmbH.
- Assume management responsibilities for finance, team objectives, and continuous improvement.
- Coach and develop talent within the organization to drive business growth and success.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Engineering, Program, Production, Logistics, Purchasing, and Quality, to optimize change management, problem-solving, and product flow.
- Hold a university degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or a college degree with significant experience in Methods.
- At least four (4) years of experience in the domain of manufacturing aviation.
- Excellent management aptitudes and a solid knowledge of lean manufacturing.
- Good judgment, a great sense of initiative, and flexibility to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a Green and Completion environment is a benefit.
