Director of Sales

Eldorado Resort, a part of Argus Properties, is seeking a highly skilled Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize room rates and inventory.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Develop and manage the sales budget and forecast.
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the management team.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hotel industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Advanced knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including revenue management and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with property management systems and revenue management software.
