  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to ensure that their needs are met.

  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition to ensure that they have the necessary skills and qualifications to succeed in their new role.
