We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Bombardier's Completion Center. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of maintenance activities on our business aircraft.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, plant engineering, and scheduler to ensure seamless coordination of maintenance activities.
- Prepare daily summaries and communication passovers between shifts to ensure continuity of operations.
- Assign work orders to technicians and consolidate inputs from various sources to prioritize tasks.
- Coordinate work according to operational requirements and communicate action plans and follow-ups to customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct pre- and post-intervention walk-throughs to ensure compliance with operational requirements.
- Identify opportunities for improvement to support the company's preventive vision and monitor Key Performance Indicators.
- Draft work permits and assist the maintenance manager as needed.
- Participate in daily meetings to coordinate issues and emergencies.
- Secondary degree in a relevant field.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage time in a high-volume job environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral French and English.
- 2-5 years of experience in a maintenance or operations role.
- Good knowledge of MS Project suite and experience working with an ERP module (Maximo).
