Key Responsibilities

  • Seek out new customers and partner with existing ones by offering a variety of solutions to improve their business and take exceptional care of your clients.
  • Conduct outbound calling every day to existing and new accounts based on KM Sales Management Process and KPIs to set face-to-face appointments consisting of First In, Assessments, Proposals and PARS.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service through regular follow-ups, reporting regularly to a branch office.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with decision-makers for current and potential clients.
  • Learn and demonstrate the benefits of all Konica Minolta products, services, and solutions for clients.
  • Design and present solutions that will help customers and businesses using face-to-face or virtual proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Consistently close sales and achieve monthly activity and revenue goals.
  • Prepare and present weekly business overviews for the sales manager and subject matter experts.
  • Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to the branch manager, sales manager, and subject matter experts.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Good grounding in PC and network concepts and the ability to apply these skills to understanding and delivering printing solutions to our clients.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Proven ability to sell complex solutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills to confidently and aggressively seek new business.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of independence.
  • The desire to ensure the utmost in client satisfaction.
  • A valid driver's license and own a vehicle.
  • A university or college degree in Business is an asset.
