About the Role

Trusted Accounting & Tax Services Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement;
  • Establish clear work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Coordinate office administrative tasks, including budget planning and control;
  • Supervise 1-2 staff members and provide guidance on administrative tasks;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on administrative activities;
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent required;
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Knowledge of administrative software and systems preferred;
