At Renovatedly Inc, we are seeking a skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Or equivalent experience.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Own vehicle.
