Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to oversee the construction of residential projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Supervise a team of construction workers and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinate and schedule construction activities, including material delivery and equipment setup
  • Train or arrange for training of construction staff
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

Work Environment:

  • Permanent position
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language required
