The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, creating and adapting training materials, identifying training needs, and evaluating training effectiveness through feedback and data analysis.

This role requires expertise in creating and delivering training programs with a strong ability to engage participants. The ideal candidate will have approximately 5+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or a similar role, as well as a post-secondary diploma or degree in Adult Learning, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs that meet company and regulatory standards.
  • Create and adapt training materials to meet the needs of production teams.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with departments to address them.
